New Era Barbershop

Normally I go to scissors and comb with a long time childhood friend who is a barber of mine, but schedules do not always coincide. I came back to New Era barbershop after a long time since then. I went with a guy named Maury and bever had the pleasure to get a cut with him so I wasn't sure what to expect. He did an amazing job cutting me up just right and never rushed or hurt me in any way. Very courteous and engaged in conversations but never felt forced. Was very pleased with his work and got his IG.

Young 19yo barber first chair on the left. Cool dude starting out which I understand but shorty gave ya man a hairline fracture. Pushed my joint back like - "Yo where ever your hairline started... ima go ahead and carve you out a new one." All the while talmbout he fixin' to best the competition in an upcoming barber battle. Word? It's all good. Hair grows back and you could spend the $25 he charged me on Starbucks without blinking. But yo. New Era, get the young dude trained up and licensed. If I ever return let's hope his skills have sharpened. Note: The shop itself is fresh gets 3-4 stars

New shop with some of the best talent in town. These guys take their craft serious, willing to display their skills in competition. I Almost don't want to burn my Barber out, but the man has skills.
