Front office is rude, they seemed bothered to be there, one cussed in front of patients, etc. They need to go to customer service training, find a position that doesn't work directly with patients or find a new job that suits them better. On the other hand, the doctor and assistant were very friendly.

the front desk ladies are not very friendly. they take a few minutes to even acknowledge that your standing there. they need to put a smile on their sour faces and at least greet you and say hi. but they don't even do that. the eye doctors are very nice and so is Lupe. she needs to work the front desk, she's friendly and greets you with a smile.

Receptionist with long grey hair in a ponytail was rude. Had me standing there without an acknowledging me for several several minutes and did not tell the doctor I was there.. i waited 15 minutes..the doctor was aware of that too. And I was the only one in the office.
