“I have been Faithfully coming back to see Dr. DeJong. Dr. DeJong has helped my health so much since started seeing him!!! I started having major health issues in 2018, was diagnosed with pancreatitis in 2021 and had surgery. But even after surgery I started to have complications, after finding Dr. DeJong he has helped to find me answers to my health crisis and he does not stop trying to find answers. I truly believe this doctor is God Sent and I'm very thankful to have found him. He's a walking miracle. Do not go anywhere else, the best MD is right here in Ventura County! “My first time being seen here, due to my primary MD unable to see me this week.I called and spoke with Estela. She was kind and professional on the phone. Was able to set up an appointment, with asking appropriate questions. Today was my appointment. The courtyard has a huge Magnolia tree, as their are other professional offices there.Due to the current Covid, they limit the amount of patient, in the office.The office itself was bigger than I expected.Dr Richard Nguyen saw me. He was courteous, thorough, and available for questions.The office staff kept me informed of me being seen while I was outside waiting and contacted me the day before. They offered an online portal, to access medical records which will be helpful.I believe that they have gained a permanent client in me.Being a Registered Nurse, I know what to expect and what not to expect from an office visit. “Often when following up with your Pulmonologist after a CT scan one is more nervous than eager for the meeting, not the case when the meeting is with my Pulmonologist Dr Amanda Wilkinson. She is not only a competent Doctor but is a warm and caring person. Her patience in carefully going over the results, addressing any and all questions you might have, she is exceptional.
Another way to assess the character of a person is by the people surrounding them. Heather is her nurse and is both competent and caring in working with a patient while performing her job.
