“Master Shin has been amazing when helping my daughter come out of her shell. Before we started, she didnt want to participate any extra curricular activities and was having trouble in school and with bullying. When we started she spent 45 days crying and watching the class from the side of the mat because she was too shy to participate. Master Shin and all of the instructors took the time to gain her trust and she has grown to love coming to the studio and working hard. In just 11 months my daughter has worked hard and earned 4 belts and gained lifelong skills that transfer into the real world. Shes earned awards and competed in competitions but nothing compares to the confidence she has in herself - the growth has been exponential in her personal, school and taekwondo career. With the help of all her instructors she is working hard to earn her black belt. Master Shin and his staff have been the best thing for my family!“
“The best studio for kids! The instructors are so patient and invest so much into the kids there. My son is 6 and pushing 2 years there and it's been one of the best investments. The staff there is so friendly and they treat you as they would family. My son has learned not just the proper techniques for martial arts but has learned life skills that he can use outside of the studio. 10/10 recommend for kids of all age groups!“

“Highly recommended! Both of my kids, 10 & 6, have been going to Ignite Martial Arts since the day it opened. This place is by far the best martial arts studio in Camarillo! I know that for sure, because one of my kids has been to 3 other studios. The instructors of Ignite Martial Arts always keep my kids engaged and focused. Never did they put my kids in time-out. They are good people and always teach my kids the right way of doing things. 3 years later, my kids are still excited to go to class and eldest has earned her black belt! They have learned different taekwondo techniques and many life skills. Definitely the best experience!“
“I normally don't write reviews for non-restaurant establishments, but this is a good academy for children. My kids (10 and 7) just enrolled and they really enjoy learning TaeKwonDo and being active during the class. It's only been about a month into the classes and they have not shown any tiredness or boredom with coming to class. Hope our daughters learn some confidence and self defense in this course.“
