My experience with Madison A, Heating A/C was an amazing experience. Mr. Madison was observed to be very honest, very professional and very reliable. Madison answer all my questions. Madison repaired my air conditioner issues quickly. Madison's prices are reasonable. Madison provides quality work with reasonable rates. I'm so glad to have Madison A. Heating A/C as my service company, who has been in business for 40 years.

I tried all of the big name a.c. service companies, that appear as a first choice on google and yelp, but, either I had to be an existing customer, others had me wait until the next day, or declined to work with me all together, I decided to call Madison. Madison was the only service that didn't make excuses, and agreed to come out and help right away. Madison's serviceman went into action, and cleaned our unit's drain line, and put a new filter in. He mentioned the steps he took should alleviate the problem. However, he mentioned, if the problem persisted, he asked that we reach out to him immediately.Although the leak reappeared later in the day, we called him up, and he came out promptly to address the issue just as he promised. He conducted another inspection of our unit, and noticed that our pan was cracked, and causing the leak in our unit. He gave us options as to how to proceed with the issue. We liked that he provided us with a couple of options. Rather than telling us that we needed to replace the entire unit as others might have. He saved us 5,000$. Leak is gone, and we can continue to do business. Best of all, he didn't charge us for the follow up. As a start up company, we look for services that can alleviate these type of dilemmas quickly, and for a reasonable price. Madison met our criteria. I would definitely recommend Madison to anyone looking for an honest, and experienced a.c. company.

My experience with Madison A Heating and AC, and the owner himself, Mr. Wydell Madison, was excellent. He responded quickly to our request for help, then fixed our two malfunctioning heater/AC units in short order. He also upgraded the thermostats and reviewed them with me. I found him to be very personable, as well, as he was friendly and courteous. I now have a "go to" guy should I ever experience heating or AC problems again. Thank you Mr. Madison!
