Came in with a broken screen on my 5th gen ipad. They went out of their way to go to a different branch to get the right screen. Super nice, got everything done the same day. Will come back for sure for any other repairs.
I had an issue with my iPhone so I went to the recently opened iprotech at the Colllection. The guy there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and then fix it! If you need anything for your iPhone this is the place to go!
I dropped my iPhone 12 Pro max and the back was shattered. I got a quote on yelp before coming in. Dropped it off, went to dinner, and it was done! Pricing is good, especially given the convenience of where the store is located (next to annex hall at the collection). I didn't know that one of my camera lenses was scratched and he fixed it also. I don't plan on breaking anything soon, but I know where to go now.
