I had them come out due to my toilet being clogged they fixed the issue the same day turns out my son had threw a toy and was stuck inside the line I’m impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism with genuine plumbing and keeping me updated with everything they had to do in the process of fixing it thanks guys for the great work.

My wife woke up to our whole house not draining.I was on a business trip and had her search around for a local Plumber, She found Genuine Plumbing online being they were also located in Oxnard.They had someone at our doorstep within 1 hour.Clinton unclogged our drains and ran a camera showing us roots from our tree had gotten into pipes.He returned with a hydrojet and about 1 hour later he showed my wife the camera and the roots were all gone.He did give us a few options and prices, We choose what we could afford at the moment and will definitely call them back to do the permanent repairs.Thank you!!!
