The owner Ana is incredible!!! I've known Ana for approximately 16 years now. She is a great teacher and motivator. Her classes are flexible to your level and she pushes you when you need the push. She takes her time and makes sure you understand how to do everything. Love, love, love her. I highly recommend Fusion

Fuzion Fitness: x10!! I have been with Ana for a while now but I had a major set back about a year ago where I couldn't workout anymore ( tore acl & meniscus) Throughout my recovery Ana stayed in touch with me and helped me to stay positive. When I finally was able to go back she was ready to help me achieve my goals and get back to were I once was. Although I still have minor set backs Ana knows how to take care of you & encourages you every step of the way! The Ladies you meet are nothing but Sweet we all support each other which I appreciate so much. I am honestly telling you, you can not go wrong, choosing to Train with Ana is amazing. She also has 3 week Challenges very doable and personalized to your own goals. Come in and try one of her classes you'll LOVE IT HERE!!!

This is most likely the best studio/ gym I have ever been to!! Ana the instructor/owner is amazing . She takes her time to personalize your diet and your workouts to help achieve your goals .. she is very easy to love the studio is always clean.. very easy to keep going and not give up ! Going in makes you feel comfortable with the other girls that every workout makes you feel like a girls night out!! Be ready to start your fitness journey and not quitting! !! I can give more than 5 stars if I can . ! Fuzion Fitness lifestyle!!!!
