Significantly rusty equipment. Dirty equipment. Like they should take a hand vacuum and to suck out the crap from the edges. Always out of paper or cleaning water and as usual at least 1bathroom drain is clogged and over flowing.

Where do I even begin? Once a great gym now ran deep into the ground. Let's begin!Upon entry, 99% of the time you are greeted by... NO ONE! The staff that is behind the desk are always on their phones which seems to be the norm at this gym. If there isn't anything for an employee to do, then have them stock, go make their rounds to clean up, make calls to sign people up or simply flip through a magazine but they shouldn't just sit behind the desk, on their phone not paying attention to anyone. Goes to show the unprofessionalism and immaturity behind this management. When I am rarely greeted, especially by the manager it is almost unwelcoming. She is very fake, her tone in her voice changes, her persona and demeanor completely changes. Then once you walk pass, you can clearly hear her go back to her normal self. I dread walking in because you never know when she's there and her fake Hi's just ruin's my mood. I almost want to tell her " If you don't want to be here, go find another job" It's as if she's only showing up for a paycheck and can careless about the facility itself. Now for the restrooms/locker rooms. The place is a disaster! I highly doubt the facilities are cleaned daily, let alone monthly. I'll see the same pieces of gum inside the urinals for at least two months before they seem to be removed. The actual toilets seemed to be littered with feces, and on top of the urinals, are always yellow. Nothing seems to get cleaned in here besides the mirror's, which seem to be on occasion. I guess it keeps people happy when they're flexing but I'd rather have clean stalls than a clean mirror. In the end, this falls on poor management. Most of the treadmills don't work properly and the staff doesn't seem to care. When you go up to the actual weight room, you have grips missing from machines and if they're not missing, they are either mismatched, ripping or sliding off and then you're greeted with this black sticky resin that sticks to your hand. The machines are so close to one another it makes the gym seem overly crowded; every single machine is touching each other. There are machines that are back-to-back which shouldn't even be placed as such. You cannot load any plates on most of the machines and it's difficult to move considering their pressing into the other machines. Everything should be arranged at the end of the night, back in order, spaced properly but again, this falls onto poor management. There is a big slab of concrete that has been broken and removed and has been uncovered for about three months now. UNCOVERED, which I'm sure will cause future respiratory issues from inhaling all that debris that is kicked up in the air from all the weights slamming on the ground around it. This is hazardous and management should be ashamed for putting other people's health at risk. She's in for a big lawsuit along with 24 hour if someone develops something and it correlates to that exposed concrete opening. Again, very poor management. You can't blame anyone but the manager. Ultimately, she sets the tone and the staff follows suit. Is it that difficult to walk around after hours(before opening and after closing) to see how the gym machines are set? To check the facilities to make sure they're properly cleaned? To check all the machines to make sure they're functioning properly or at least don't have any rips or tears in the the leather. Checking the cable pulleys to make sure the wires aren't frayed? How hard is it to check the floor to make sure it's been getting vacuumed? Maybe she's a good manager at other types of work but she definitely does not know how to handle a gym facility. She needs to go! Along with the District Manager, they both need to go. It's almost as if both are in cahoots to save one another's butt. I've seen them both walking around and nothing changes. Corporate needs to make an unannounced visit, so they can actually see how far into t
