My company, Units Ventura has had many plumbing issues. Everytime a plumber came out they did not fix the core issue. Got a BNI referral to Donlon. The first person came out and did not fix the problem. I had to call at 4 pm on a Friday and this is where Donlon exceeded my expectations. They sent a senior technician out. He diagnosed the problem. He did the best he could do them he contacted another contractor who came out on a Saturday and at normal rates he fixed the problem. These are the people you call to fix a plumbing issue! We called another plumber to come fix a bad clogged toilet, and he ended up walking out on the job. He stated that the machine was "too heavy" to do fix the clog and didn't wanna carry it upstairs. So after all that, we were left with a dirty clogged toilet. We searched and searched, and found Donlon. Their trucks are all over the Oxnard area and even in our neighborhood. I called them Thursday and they set up an appointment for Monday. We recently remodeled our kitchen. Peter Donlon and his team were there for us every step of the way during the demolition process and the final stages of installing our new plumbing fixtures. Five stars to his entire team!Services: Water heater installation
