“I saw Dr. Lau for a cancer scare after reading an alarming article online. I have PTSD and I called this office in a state of panic, having had cancer as a child. I spoke with a truly bright, functional, professional, very kind woman, HORTENSIA, who told me she will speak to Dr. Lau. She indicated that he does not have any appointments available for 2 months but will get back to me in a few minutes. This kind and wonderful doctor said I could come in in in 3 days and he came into the office early to see me. He reassured me "it was only a cyst". I was so nervous I went for a second opinion because of my PTSD. The second triple certified dermatologist agreed with Dr. Lau's diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Lau and Hortensia!!!
