I had surgery in sept . Complete knee . The staff all the way to the cleaning were exceptional. The only complaint I have is I sent a card to I think it was Mr. Young letting him know about the outstanding job the employees were doing and I never received anything from him letting me know he got the card.My 3 day stay turned into a 5 day and was well taken care of
