He promptly provided an itemized quote including details of exactly the scope of work to be done, the materials to be used, and the cost. I found that to be so professional and avoid misunderstandings. Juan is Awesome. Juan installed a custom mantle over our fireplace, and also installed a glass shower door in one of our bathrooms. The shower door ended up being a completely custom job because the shower door wasn't the right size and Juan ended up fabricating custom parts to make it work. Juan is awesome.

I hired Juan to build a large backyard deck using premium materials and make it flow from the back slider out to the deck. I am pleased with the final product. It shows superior workmanship and really makes the backyard stand out. I have a lot of usable space for enjoyment now. I also hired him to fix a slab leak that caused a kitchen flood. He responded immediately and fixed the leak. In addition, I had him replace all bathroom faucets , outdoor hose bibs, and install a water pressure regulator.Overall rating is a solid A for workmanship, skill and response time. Recommended without reservation. I will hire him for any future projects I might need.
