Our Technician Robert was the absolute best! He arrived early, and was clean and very friendly, and most importantly did a great job replacing our old water heater and bringing everything up to code. 100% professional and courteous service.

As I've done many times before when a similar problem has occurred, I called Watkins Plumbing when my bathroom toilet started leaking this week and backed up into my tub. I was kept informed by text for arrival time. Jerrod Loewen arrived promptly, and was extremely professional and courteous to me at all times. He was quick and highly efficient in clearing out the sewer line. Their work is top quality and I won't call upon anyone else...because I trust them completely. I highly recommend their expertise.

Very responsive and explained what the problem was when we've called them for leaks and regular maintenance on a house built in 1910. Very prompt and reliable. This company comes to Oroville, where we live, and we've been using them for years.
