Today I had such fast, friendly service. I would definitely recommend them. Our home was 98 degrees, and within 20 minutes the air was back up and running, with cool air coming through the vents. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. The customer service was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I'm extremely satisfied with their prompt response and efficient work."
These people are awesome! They responded immediately and they were very professional. The problem was diagnosed the part ordered and the issue was fixed quickly. They didn’t leave me hanging at all. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC issues. Many thanks !
My God, my prayers ? were answered!
It was Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm. My air conditioner stopped working, and it was 114 degrees outside. I called every company in the area, and most of them did not even answer the phone, and when they did, they said it would be a week or more before they would be able to come out. It became very uncomfortable in the house around 98 degrees when Michael's called me back after leaving a message and said he would come out around 8 or 9:00 pm. My Mom is 82 years old and has problems with the hot temperature, Michael's air came out and had my air-conditioning working again.
