Ricky came out 8/8/2024 . We received outstanding service (a/c seasonal and duct system inspection) we appreciate his diligence and attention to detail. We have been using Grimes for at least 6 years and Ricky continues to exceed our expectations. Ricky is the best! Thank you Grimes!!

I checked our smart thermostat before traveling home from camping and our house was 93 degrees despite being set at 82. I called Grimes in hopes that we could get on the schedule soon. The ladies were very helpful and understanding of the situation. They were able to get us on the schedule for that afternoon!
By the time we got home it was 97 in the house (110 outside). Andrew the tech arrived early in the 2 hour window and had the problem diagnosed before even looking at the unit. He showed me the process of testing and had it fixed within a few minutes. He hung around for a while and checked to be sure the unit was in fact cooling. Talked... read full review

Great company that really responded to my needs. Bryan and Scott are really on top of it and their field techs Justin and Charlie did a great job installing my new Bryant HVAC system. Use them!
