We were looking for a mini split system over the last six months. We spoke with and received quotes from six different large and small companies. But when we contacted Williams Electric (someone we've used in the past and trusted and love) we found out about Embers Heating and Air. Linda, office coordinator, stepped right up and gave us details that almost sold me right away. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She worked up a price quote and for me the deal was done. Within about a week, we had the installers out. After 8 years of no one local returning our calls and emails about A/C install estimates I tried again and this newish outfit Embers contacted us!
They came out immediately to review the job and I received an estimate I think the same day!
The work was started a week later.
Embers work crew and their office staff are amazing!
I was a pain asking a bazillion questions because it is such a huge investment but they were so patient, helpful and reassuring.
I wanted a whole house setup with units in every room (5 zones). It was tricky with 3 of the units on interior walls, but Embers crew knew what they were doing and did a great job.
