In the first adjustment one of the things Dr. Walton did was make sure any of my ribs that were out were put back in place. This alone will allow an adjustment to last where it otherwise wouldn't. I had been in a vicious cycle for years with my previous chiropractor where I needed to be adjusted continually as the pain would always return. I have been a patient of Dr. Walton's for the last 25 years. He has helped remedy numerous problems that I have ever had with my neck or back. I am a teacher and high school soccer coach with a lot of past traumas to my body. In large part because of his knowledge of the human back, I am still able to engage in the breadth of physical activities that I love (i.e. soccer, skiing, mountain biking/bmx-ing, rock diving, backpacking, etc.,.) I am currently suffering from a bulging disc. Although he will not be treating me for this, he went out of his way to review Kaiser's x-rays and MRI results with me to confirm their conclusions. Dr. Walton is a wonderful chiropractor who has been teaching chiropractic students as well as chiropractors for decades. He has adjusted me a number of times over the years. I travel quite a distance to see him, and highly recommend him.
