“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.“

“I arrived at Urgent Care after a fall in which I hit my head. After a few minutes of waiting, I was told to go to the ER at Alta Bates, which I did. I appreciated the relatively brief wait before being redirected.“

“Not sure why it says the location is closed on here, but I just went here today for a consultation with Dr. Liang. The SF location had closed and I had always been going there because I was always so pleased with their flexibility and services. When I found out the only location was in Oakland I made the special trip just to go to this clinic and I had the best experience. Dr. Liang took the time to diagnose me and talk to me about my symptoms and then how to proceed with medication (turns out I have bronchitis and an infection, nothing too serious) he was very attentive, friendly, professional, and thorough. The prices were very affordable and reasonable for someone who doesn't have health insurance. I strongly recommend this clinic if you ever want to get quickly checked out or for anything else! “Every time o go to Lake Merritt Dental, I have a very good experience. They always make it very individualized to tailor to your needs. Today was exceptionally excellent because their new Dr Lu repaired a small chip I had on one of my front teeth. I've had this chip for several years and not even one dentist offered to fix it, and when I asked to fix it, I was always told that it would not be beneficial as would likely not last. So, I went in with this chip for a long time until today when Dr Lu simply noticed the chip and offered to fix it right away and did a great job! I am very grateful for and impressed with her care.“

“It is very convenient for me and my doctor (Dr. Niheu) is wonderful. Dr. Kalamaoka'anna Niheu has been wonderful. She cared for me when I had given up on myself. My asthma has gotten worse and worse each year. I have a host of other problems as well. She made sure I got the oxygen at my home that I needed. She also contacted family to let them know my condition and what they could do to help. I was referred to different pulmonologists until I found the one that was right for me. I was then put on a new medicine, DUPIXENT, which helped my asthma tremendously. I was complacent and tired in my own health condition. “Not the worst, not the best. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Thankfully I came in for a very straightforward issue that just needed antibiotics. Can't speak of a more urgent or complicated issue being treated here, but while I waited they did refer some people to the ER so it seems not every case can be seen here.“

“Nice place! Highly recommend :) Clean and comfy waiting area, friendly and helpful staff. I’m from out of state and got lost finding my way there, had to call and let them know I would be late for my appointment. They were very accommodating to the mixup and I didn’t have to wait long at all once I did arrive. Both the nurse and PA were quick yet attentive, I didn’t feel rushed along like at most Urgent care facilities. The PA was thorough and although I did not have a bacterial infection (as I thought was the chance), she kindly prescribed something for my pain and let me know to call if I needed anything else. “Noticed terrible reviews. Those reviews are regarding the health center. Attended the optometry at the Tang Center for the first time and had no issues. The receptionist was present upon entry. Nice facility overall. I usually am seen at the Meredith location. Tang had an earlier appointment date and I'm glad I accepted.“

“I spent 45 minutes this morning trying to find another urgent care clinic that was covered by my daughters Medi-Cal plan, just because of the miserable reviews of this urgent care. Finally we went in, and we had a great experience. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and got us in as a walk/in appointment instantly. Nurse was very friendly with my 3-year-old and skilled at testing kids. Dr. Shic came in and explained the test results and we were on our way.“

“This place runs like a well oiled machine! Have been here a couple of times and each time i was able to make an appointment online for a few hours later in the day. Staff are all very kind and helpful. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure i was able to get my prescription filled as i was not able to get it at the first pharmacy. Last time I was here I saw Dr.Lewis, she took plenty of time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.“

“drug screening wait time : 35min walk-in wait time for doc: 1hour physical therapy wait time: 10min all you people who are complaining about the wait time sound ridiculous, the location is small so if u need any services i suggest u practice some darn patience or get there either early or late in the day.“

“Went here for a pre-employment drug test and it was super fast with no appointment needed. Clean facility. Polite, competent employees. $2 to park, I forgot to ask if they’d validate.“
