My previous dentist was Dr. RIkli who sold his practice during the pandemic. I loved his work and he worked alongside my orthodontist Dr. Ogro to give me the best care. After a year wearing braces, it was time to have them taken off and I needed some veneers. There was a major communication breakdown between Dr. Sandhu and I. Dr. Sandhu asked if I was interested in putting my veneers in BEFORE removing my braces. I had to explain to her that it's physically impossible to put veneers on teeth that have braces on them. We went back and forth on it, but she gave me my appointment. She complained to me about another patient she had to see on Christmas Day, "I should have been spending time with my family, but I got a call to come in because my patient's veneers came off". So, she put my veneers on and two hours later they came off. She was able to put them back on, but it was so painful I dug my nails into the armrest. I also booked an appointment for a cleaning, but when I went to confirm the person at the front desk said I made no such appointment. I said, "it was actually the dentist who scheduled it with me." She said I must have forgotten. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. The only two people worth seeing at this practice are Yessie and Aliya who are so gentle and kind. Shoutout to them both for the great work they have done with me in the past.

The business seem to have changed hands and now run by new dentists. They are so much worse than Dr. Rikli. The dentist Sumeet seems to have no knowledge about how to do basic procedures. Stay away and do not waste your $$

My dentist retired so it was time to get a new one close to home. I went to Dr Rikli after chipping a a tooth. First visit to prepare tooth was not bad. On the second visit I should of known this was a big mistake after instead of gently removing the temporary crown he was forced to grind it off. Too much glue maybe??. The new one was placed and i noticed after a month that food was constantly being caught between new crown and adjacent. I went to another dentist in Lafayette and was told the crown was not the correct size. I've tried to contact Rikli to have this done correctly and have not heard word. This has been going on since July of 20221!! I've filed a claim with my insurance and contacted ADA to investigate. What a slime-ball. Hasn't even contacted me to try and get this fixed.
