I am so happy I found this business. The owners are truly nice people. They found a creative solution to my shoe problem--at a reasonable price. If I need shoe repair again, I would NOT hesitate to go to them--and you should too!

Can't even begin to describe the level of quality that this obviously highly-skilled shop ascribes to shoe repair. The level of service is top-notch. My shoes were ready in less than 3 business days. I feel fortunate to be able to bring my business to this establishment. This is the best of the best. I travel from Oakland to come here. For the price, I think I am actually getting more than I pay for. Thank you Orinda Shoe Service.

This is the first time coming to this establishment. I had to travel further than I anticipated to find a higher rated business. I had three pairs of dress shoes requiring half soles and heels. I thought they did a good job. It wasn't cheap but the quality was there and they also provided a shine for the shoes. Getting my shoes repaired is definitely cheaper than buying new shoes. It pays to take good care of your existing shoes. I always utilize shoe trees. The woman at the front desk was most courteous. They are deserving of repeat business. Incidentally they charge a fee if paying by credit card....4% if my math is correct. It's tough running a small business.
