The dive itself is relaxing and afterward, you transition to the decompression space with plush zero-gravity chairs, warm face towels, and fruit-infused water. I opt for red-light therapy after my dive, and this too, is elevated with cold towels and more of that fruit-infused water. In short, Alex has created a very beautiful and zen healing space. I, and everyone around me, have noted a significant ramp-up in my recovery. I can honestly say that not only am I walking better, I am looking younger (wink), and getting the best sleep of my life.
