As a recently retired ER nurse who moved here from Oakland, I was not thrilled about having to find a doc in Brentwood. I knew so many good physicians in Oakland, and so my criteria for a really good one was kind of picky. I wanted a very knowledgeable, kind, patient and compassionate doctor who really listens and cares. These are qualities that can be hard to find in a doctor sometimes....I've worked with many different doctors over my career, and if you find these qualities in a doc, it's awesome. You will never find a more educated, compassionate doctor. Dr Lucero has been my parents and my doctor for over 8 years and we have never had a bad experience. If you are looking for a doctor with extreme knowledge, a doctor that listens and takes the time to explain your situation in detail and a doctor that is efficient in answering your calls or emails you want Dr Lucero and his team as your specialist.
