I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. I've been seeing her regularly for a year for Pilates to recover from abdominal surgery and occasionally for acupuncture/cupping. She is both effective and observant but also incredibly gentle. I leave Pilates sore in the best ways but also somehow happier and more at peace And when I've needed additional support with healing via acupuncture and cupping, she listens and targets the exact areas needed to promote blood flow and reduce pain and inflammation. I went to Kelly for acupuncture with a specific sudden onset pain issue which after one session improved. As the sessions continued, she was able to eliminate the pain in my problem area. Now I see Kelly regularly for all my various other issues. Her advice is always welcome. I get relief from the bio mat, cupping and traditional acupuncture. Her follow up with you after sessions is much appreciated; she is a truly knowledgable and professional practitioner, and is a pleasure to work with. In addition, I have attended some of her Pilates classes which helped me improve and focus on some areas that definitely needed the help.
