Carlos has a pleasant personality and he is very eloquent.He did my hair , tinte a couple of high lights and blow dry my hair .I give him only 3 stars ⭐️ because I showed him how I wanted my hairWith a photo . I was expecting to have a great finish .When I came home and I look at the photo after my hair was done , I notice that Carlos did Not do enough layer on my hair .I called him the next day , he did not answer . I called him again . I explained my concern . I asked hiIf he would add a couple more layers.His response was not friendlyTalking over me and did not offer any solutions . My son went to Hair 2000 where Leonard cut his hair and he was thoroughly happy, I shall digress, when I was a few years younger than my son I was going to Leonard and would only go to him, as my son grew he went to the chain cut places and was never happy and I said time to go to Leonard... He will only go there now. Dad can you call Leonard and make an appointment.. Son, You're in College now, You can call Leonard! Masks Required, We went in everything had been disinfected, he gave us the pumps of alcohol hand gel. I've been going to Carlos for years! He is an amazing stylist, very professional and kind. He is a perfectionist who takes his time and wants to make sure that your hair is perfect (even if it's a Tuesday!)
