Our experience with J.R. Barto was nothing but positive, from the people to the products and the price. We had an entire heating system installed by them. They were quick to respond to our request and completed the job in a timely manner. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

I should have read the Yelp reviews...Masen Y was spot on, so i wont rehash it here. They actually do great work, but not being up front about the billing is not good practice. I'm sure their time billing works great for commercial work, but they should be more upfront with residential customers. Unfortunately, I will be going a different route next time.

Our business has been waiting for over a month for an appointment to install two thermostats. We were told it would be two weeks. Called today and was told they were booked for this month. Poor communication and customer service. We will have to go elsewhere. Didn't used to be this way. The way of the world I suppose...
