April 2023: I never received the magnet or pin with my son’s photo on it that I ordered. They tried to tell me the coach had it - he did not. Looks to be a common theme with this company. Will not be ordering “extras” from them again. So disappointed.Update 8/3/23: They are sending me missing items in the mail.
