Never received my child’s photos. I reached out to this company numerous times by email by phone and via the website. I never got a response. Also left numerous voice messages never got a response. Very very upsetting.

We just got our kid's soccer pictures back and both the team and individual pictures are COMICALLY bad. That didn't try to get decent pics of these kids AT ALL. All I can do is laugh and stuff them in a drawer. I'm glad I didn't get suckered into spending any extra money on a package.

The YMCA uses this company for their sports pictures and they are the absolute worst. The photographers all seem brand new and take no pride in their work. The pictures are horrible quality and they don’t make sure to adjust the players to get a good pose at all. Don’t waste your money here. And please YMCA get a different company to take our pictures. Thank you
