Numerous plumbers, and also the local sewer people all told me the line from my house to the sewer needed to be replaced.I decided to get 4 bids for the job. My parents suggested I contact the contractor that built their beautiful house to see if they could help.Not only was it the lowest bid, but the level of professional from first contact was top notch.While the crew was here, they were able to assist me with a few other projects I needed addressed.Everything was executed quickly and flawlessly.Some of the work they helped me with was repairing substandard work done by previous contractors I’ve had work on my house. The difference between the job the previous contractor did and what Maxton Builders did is night and day.I’ll definitely always use Maxton Builders for all of my home needs in the future“

“We had a sliding glass door put in our home in 2003 and the company that did it is no longer in business and California Energy has taken over so when I called I was a little leery of how things were gonna go. But to my surprise, things went absolutely amazing, California Energy stepped up to the plate with a 1000% customer service experience when they clearly didn't have to. “We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! “Staff of American Building Development were hired to work on our primary bathroom. Vitalli fixed our subfloor that previously contained dry rot. It took much longer than anticipated but was completed thoroughly and the site was left clean. Mike is planned to complete the floor/shower tile and drywall repairs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dan although he is not on this project. So far everything has been fine. We would maybe recommend this company.
