    Update: They say they now ordered the wrong part. This company is a scam. There are multiple reviews saying the same thing. Be warned. It has been 24 days since they showed up and it is still not fixed. I am filing a BBB complaint and review. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. This is the company Fidelity Home Warranty chose and as a person below stated the lack of communication and lack of work is incredible. The initial call was placed a month ago, it took a week to get a technician, and they said they needed to go get a part. No one returns that day and no phone call is given. Call the next day and am told 4-7 days as the part had to be ordered. Today is day 21 without this part being here apparently. They have no tracking on it and no estimate when it will arrive. But you only find that out if they actually answer the phone. The heat is in the triple digits and my wife is pregnant dealing with all of this yet we can’t get any real service from these people or any real answers. Pathetic.
