    Sure, we all hate working, but I don't show up to my job immediately rude, angry, and late, but their technician sure as hell did. She huffed and puffed and didn't move a single thing then LEFT WITHOUT UPDATING ANYONE. She truly did nothing and left without saying a word. That's insane??? How inconsiderate??? This is your job. I had to call and ask for an update or a report because we sure as hell got charged to have this woman stand around and complain. Turns out she claimed she couldn't find the washer clean out - saying maybe its in the attic or underground outside. GIRL we don't have an attic!! And MAYBE if she looked around she would have found the washer clean out... behind.. the washer... I'm confused and better get a refund because this shit is a scam.

    EDIT (UPDATE): After leaving this review and one on Google, the owner reached out to me stating they would replace the TV and make right this issue. However, this promise only came after I broadcast what had happened which is a little upsetting. However, despite this it still took two weeks for me to get someone to actually take action. I called numerous times and was again told to expect a call from a supervisor same-day each time. These calls never came. On my last call I was prepared to file a claim against their bond but they managed to get a supervisor to make the purchase. I have now set up the replacement TV. I would amend my rating higher if not for the total lack of communication, failed promises to call back, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. The time it took to make this happen is still ridiculous and the fact they were seemingly unwilling to remedy the damages they caused until it was broadcast publicly is upsetting. PROPERTY DAMAGE: Do not let these people into your home unless you're willing to risk property damage. After a lengthy ordeal of diagnostics, replacements, and repairs lasting over a month and taking 6 appointments my unit is finally functional. However, three days after the 3rd appointment I noticed that my TV had been unplugged and the left of the screen had been shattered making the it completely unusable. The install team who was here 3 days prior to replace the coil in my attic said nothing about this to their supervisors, managers, or myself. I emailed and did not receive a reply. I then called them to alert a manager I was told to select a TV and that they would swiftly replace it. I selected a TV at a comparable price point and emailed it to them. This was on May 25th. Since then I have followed up multiple times in writing and called regarding this issue multiple times a week including bringing it up when scheduling the later diagnostics and services as the AC unit was still nonfunctional after the coil install due to a somehow unaddressed leak at the coil. Each time I mentioned it I was told a supervisor was not available but would be in touch later that same day. This never once happened. My landlord then stepped in and insisted I be contacted to which they told him the same thing. Once again they did not respond at all. I'm not sure why they would agree to replace the TV and then ghost me like this expecting no repercussion. They also are terrible at doing what they purport to do, fix AC units.

    Indoor comfort was dispatched as part of our home warranty. The technician was on time but immediately admitted he was not experienced with our ductless mini-split style AC units. He then asked me to borrow my ladder and even had me perform part of the repair myself since he was sent by himself. He had me assist him the whole way and clean parts in my sink which was very unprofessional. At the end of the day this technician broke the mounting bracket for the unit, broke the condensate drain line flooding our guest room causing thousands of $$ in water damage, never diagnosed the original issue, refused to look at the other problem unit in our bedroom out of fear of breaking it, left a mess for us to clean up, and ultimately never resolved our issues only added to them. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a second opinion from a qualified contractor. Additionally this company has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They use an answering service which can tell you nothing only leave messages. They have no direct number. Not ONCE have I ever received a call back or follow through from these POS. 0/10 would recommend. Use literally anyone else who is qualified.
