“I really liked this place, quick and efficient and my suit got nice an clean. Plus, it's close to my house.My only issue was they didn't honor the Yelp check-in discount.I had a younger gentleman with glasses and he said he didn't know what I was talking about. I showed him the "15% off" and he shrugged his shoulders and charged me full price.I mean, that kinda sucked but only would have save me like $1.75....and I have a newborn so am tired as hell these days.Maybe three stars is better but I did like how they cleaned my suit so...idk man.... I'm tired lol.“

“Hanh did an INCREDIBLE job with my bridal gown! I got married in Tahoe this past weekend but live out of state. I flew in a month prior to the wedding to pick my dress up and found Hanh online for alterations because my bridal shop didn't offer alterations. She completed all of the alterations I needed (straps tightened, length hemmed) in just TWO days to make sure I could pick the dress up from her and try it on while I was still in town! She was also extremely affordable and the alterations price was much better than it would have been going through a bridal dress shop. I was expecting to have to fly back and forth multiple times for alterations, but she was so easy to work with. The dress fit amazingly and I couldn't have felt better on my wedding day! I would recommend Hanh and her services to anyone, and would definitely use her again for future events!“

I opted for later, and the lady had no issues with that, which made me feel a lot better. “I waited until just about the last possible minute to get buy a suit for a wedding I am attending. The ladies here got that suit fitted in no time flat and I was on my way with a promise of a 2.5 day turnaround.

They called me for pickup the next day. In less than 24 hours, they took a completely stock suit, made every possible adjustment to it and had it cleaned and pressed. Amazing.

One of the few businesses where they always recognize me and greet me. They also do a great job on more casual items such as button up shirts. Prices always seem reasonable for the quality of their work. Tip: I take my napkins and linens to Elite prior to hosting and they always look crisp and clean for the big event!“

I’m not sure the going rate for dry cleaning, but I thought it was reasonable. My work pants and shirts feel so nice after having taken them there. She also shortened a few slacks and let out the waist in one. They turned out perfect. “I've been coming here for several years and I'm very happy they made it through the shutdown without closing. Unfortunately I need my clothes dry cleaned less often and I almost look for reasons to drop off my clothes, but that's where I'm at. They mend my clothes without my asking and I don't even realize until I wear it and go "oh where did that loose string go?" As a huge supporter of small business, I can't say enough positive things about them. They're always happy, they do business right by their customers and if you ask them they will go above and beyond to return your dry cleaning as soon as humanly possible. 10 stars out of 5!“
