“We recently built and moved into our new custom home in Folsom, CA. Sean O'Neil designed our custom mad cabinets and walk in closets. He was extremely patient and took utmost care in designing and adding lines to give a distinct look. During the process we asked for some changes and he was very accommodating. He advised us about pro and cons of material and we opted to go with plywood and hard wood (stain quality) doors - even during construction phase and all visitors to our house have admired these. His product quality and workmanship are of extremely high quality and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team that includes his charming wife. “Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)“

“Well Kitchen Mart has done it again! They are consistent with their quality of workmanship and advice! After the fantastic job done with our small kitchen project, we knew our master bath remodel would be the same! From our initial meeting with John M. to the final inpection, we were able to make changes to our initial plan. John assisted on choosing all plumbing hardware, corian, tile, and cabinet design. See pictures below! Thank you John! Instead of a cabinet re-facing, we changed for a new cabinet with an additional sink and plumbing hardware. The white sink is integrated with the corian and is seemless. The master cabinet has soft close drawers and doors. We also added a custom cabinet above the new toilet. In the shower, we chose the coving of our corian-Carrera Lino, which was installed from ceiling to floor. The linear drain is a Schluter. The corian is easy to clean and slip proof! The decorative grab bars provide additional safety! The niche provides ample shelving. The heavy glass shower door opens both inside and out. We waited an additional 3 weeks after measurement by Dick's Rancho Glass. Frank Z.,lead general carpenter/installer is an amazing craftsman! We are really grateful for his detail to perfection and kindness! Ask for Frank! His partner, Daniel G., did a great job as well! They did the majority of work! Thank you Frank and Danny! Also, thank you Edgar V.,Louis N., for our beautiful tile floor and Josh for the grouting! The following KM employees during the process were respectful and kind.
