We started with replacing a stairwell handrail and banister with a modern black powder coated piece that looks great and has stayed solid after over a year - even with kids hanging and climbing on them. We then had him build a gate for our pool equipment and replace our balcony banister. Then called him back again for a stairwell, loft banister, equipment fence, and gates in a new adu we built. Eric really made this happen for us. He is very business oriented and a straight talker. He is realistic, very fair, and an excellent communicator.

We were inexperienced customers and a bit nervous. Eric was okay with that and quickly returned our phone calls, texts, and emails over a three week period. He was always easy to reach and quick with the answers. He guided us around the showroom in Santa Ana, answered all our questions, and agreed to work with us on our tight schedule. Eric really "bridged gaps" to meet our requirements and timeline!

We received a voice mail from Sandra the day before our installation. I called her back and she gave me an idea of when the work would start and what to expect. She is very nice.

George and Hugo arrived on time to install the gates. Their professionalism and customer focus were evident throughout the process. They explained the main points at each step, showcasing their expertise. Their attention to detail was impeccable, from fit and finish to drop rod hole placement and final cleanup. They even redirected my gutter downspout 90 degrees to accomodate the new gate so I would not need to do it!
