Then when you go up to team leader, you will be paid from 20 mils VND. The manager is paid over 40 mils VND. The programmer is paid from 30 mils VND. The first time is from 3rd floor with about 10 persons. Then they rented second floor. Next time, they rented the first floor when Vietcombank left. Lastly, they rented the top floor. VP Landscape has exceeded any expectations that I had. They are proactive which is very important because we may miss some landscape needs that arise.
