I am so, SO gratefulllll I found The Computer Guys. Todd & Ed each epitomize Excellent customer service and Todd did a splendid job of transferring my W10 data onto my new Dell W11 laptop -- installing W10 OS so I could be spared the "upgrade" (am running a bunch of legacy software), and he even did some additional fussing with settings for me when I came to pick it up to ensure all was shipshape on the new machine.
Todd's consideration was particularly appreciated as he phoned me once the transfer was in process as he indicated it usually just takes a few hours, but mine was saying it would be 19 hours -- as he knew I was in a hurry... read full review

WOW! these guys are awesome. They are honest and super friendly. They kept me updated on the status of my repair along the way. Lastly, i think they priced their labor extremely fair. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!! 10 stars !!!

Excellent, efficient, knowledgeable computer problem diagnosis delivered with complete honesty and more than fair pricing. I was just passing thru town when my computer would not recharge the battery. The expert/owner determined early on that it was NOT the battery but a different issue. Courteous, respectful, trustworthy. Definitely bring your computer here to get fixed!
