Staff is very nice, except for the white older lady who is so rude!!!! She said she had been working not sure if for that office but she said for 23 years. Not sure how shes still working there with the bad attitude she has. I’ll never go back to this office just because of her. She’s not even the Dr but acts like if she was.she just takes your vitals. She made it seem that we wasted her time by going to an appointment that they couldn’t help with and we had to continue treatment with a specialist not them. Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Dena in the navigation center. I had a quick question regarding dermatology. Dena was completely Rude and was speaking over me. I had asked her to please stop speaking over me and to please let me ask my question. After 8 minutes of asking a simple question, it was finally answered. I feel like they hire anyone without basic medical terminology and common curtesy. The first line of communication from the call center needs to be built on a foundation of communication skills and professionalism. Dena set the standard and it was not a good one.

Please find a doctor at another medical group. Went to the doctor for routine check up, got bloodwork thinking that they are routine tests, THEY ARE NOT. End up owing almost $900 for a routine check up! They charge for EVEYRTHING, even though my doctor never met me in person. Before you talk to them about anything, ask them if they are going to charge you a fee for just communicating your medical history and current medical conditions. Better yet, just avoid this place entirely as they show no remorse for blatantly charging you for anything and everything.
