The actual MD I see here is great, but this review is for the lab specifically. The women working the reception area are quite rude. Don't expect a friendly greeting or much in terms of customer service. They refuse to take walk-ins even if sent directly down from the doctor. I still had to make an appointment that was a week out. The lab tech who completed the blood draw -Luis-was great. He made it virtually painless and was quick and pleasant.
Dr. Hojjati is a gem! I was really anxious about recent rheumatology related health concerns, but she put me at ease with her warmth. Unlike some rushed doctors, she took the time to listen carefully and explained everything in clear terms! No question felt silly, she answered each one patiently. I left feeling empowered, with a clear understanding and a plan forward. Highly recommend going to Dr. Hojjati, she is a skilled doctor who excels in her field and truly cares about her patients!
This is a follow up to the procedure that I had on 2/27/2023, at St Josephs. I went for a check up to St Jo's on 4/14/2023, to make sure all was going well. I, again, received outstanding care from all of the staff during my TEE procedure. Dr Thomas Kim came to see me before the procedure to review the procedure and ask if I had any questions. After the procedure, he went out to talk to my wife and assure her that all looked good and went well.Dr. Govan, my anesthesiologist, also came in to see me and explained what all he would be doing.
