Damaris, Gregory, Penny, and Carolina awesome staff. Read lots of bad reviews from other schools decided to pick this location. Don't regret one bit. Helpful staff when you ask for help.

I've been going to this location since May 2021 and I just realized how bad these reviews are but then again they truly changed their protocols on how they handle these situations. Greg is my counselor and all I can say is I feel so blessed to have found him and this exact location. I did my research for a whole month straight with all reviews looking horrible. The one that stood out to me on this location was the client who said he felt misunderstood and they apologized and took his complaints seriously. (Don't know why it was deleted) They truly care about you here. Even the sweet receptionist D has been nothing but amazing but I really have NEVER felt looked down upon. I feel validated and with their help I am understanding that while yes it was a terrible mistake, I am human and as long as I am doing something to correct it and can accept what I did I am putting in the work. I sometimes even look forward to these sessions and my one on one with Greg. I can't thank this location enough and I will forever be grateful for all the help and insight they have brought to my life. I can sit in class and voice my opinions and I'll be applauded for it. Im constantly being told by my counselor that I'm a great person and being in a mindset that I am not because of my mistakes it feel amazing to know I'm on the right track. I'm done in 11 months, and while having my Saturdays back sounds so relieving I don't know if it's something I look forward to. While no one wants to sit in a class for 2 hours, (esp. on a Saturday morning) or make the 15 mile drive for a 15 min meeting, it truly has kept me on track and kept me accountable. Please look no further, I promise this location will take care of you. After all you are paying hundreds of dollars (sometimes thousands), you want people who understand you and see you as who you are not for the mistakes you once did. D and Greg are truly an asset to this company, I only wish them the best in their everyday life.

All these people complaining about the school you all got DUI's zzzzzzzzz you get what you get. I've tried two different schools and this one is much better than the other I tried
