Great service and professionalism. I thought I had to replace my entire HVAC system, got quotes from two companies (Including Costco). I was referred to quality by a friend and they diagnosed that the system does not need to be replaced, but needed an intense cleaning! It’s working perfectly now that it’s been serviced properly. This has saved me over $10,000+ To replace my current system.
I will make sure that I call Quality to continue servicing my HVAC system.
I had an Amana system installed in May 2024 and was working great when we started using the heater the system kept turning off. The contractor who installed the system came back several times and had Amana review the system but the error came back with no heat. Quality Heating & Air were contacted and they came to review the system. Jorge found a problem with the motherboard and sensors. New parts were ordered and installed now working perfectly. Thanks again for the assistance.
Recently I needed at HVAC tune up in my home. George was very responsive and got an appointment scheduled right away.
