These people are so unprofessional. They do not know how to work with clients. I called last week asking for an estimate. Lady who answered the call sounded so nonchalant about it. She at least got some of my information down and told me that a guy will call me back on Tuesday. So, I waited to get receive this call back but nothing. I called them again just to see how they would respond. She told me it's the owner who has to give me an estimate but he has extended his vacation. Really? Are you a business or a vacation center? There are many other construction companies out there, why should we choose a company who is unprofessional.

Excellent, painless process, from start to finish. Was looking into having a coffee shop built in Orange County, and had no idea where to start. I asked around, and someone told me about this company. I was told they built some wonderful looking shops in Disneyland. From the first call to this company, I was impressed. When I read the negative reviews about Orchid Construction, I think they must be referencing another construction company. It doesn't make sense.... John, Sean and their team at Orchid are top notch professionals in their field. They have been a premier restaurant/bar/deli/fast food franchise contractor for many years. Their expertise is helping business owners with new construction, remodeling, renovation, anything to do with improving the layout or appearance of their business. These guys are very good at what they do.
