I've been a customer of Olive Cleaners since 1994, how is that possible?!?! Time flies!Why would anyone continue going to the same business?Location? I moved further away and still make the drive, it's worth it.Price? It's exceptional and hasn't gone up so much that I feel like I'm paying the cost of a new item of clothing each time I drop something off.Quality? The employees that clean, press, alter and care for my clothes truly are the best.So....my why....It's the overall exceptional customer service experience!!!When was the last time you got out of your car and the staff was waiting at the counter with your order, and greeted you by name??? Because they truly care!!! Thank you Hoang Duy.That's one of the main reasons I have made that drive over the last 20 years. I read another review where they had changed management so I thought I would try them out again as it's been several years. There are different people working there which might be the new management? They have raised their prices ($2.50/shirt) and, from my perspective, do the basic services and not much more. I took in a sweater where I pointed out a few bad areas. When I picked up the sweater, I saw a couple of areas that weren't cleaned up. When I asked about it, they told me they tried 3 different times and couldn't get it out. That's fine, but why did you wait until I asked? Had it not been obvious, I wouldn't have got home and then been a little more than cranky. Most of the other items were OK, but they don't seem as wrinkle-free or smooth as other cleaners. They look everyone up by phone number, which is fine, but I sure miss them knowing my name when I come in and immediately pulling my clothes. It feels like technology has reduced personalized service. I do like the text messages when my order is ready though. A nice touch.

No complaints. Great with the prices and don't need any coupons. The price is main reason I return. Help the local cleaners keep prices down by paying cash so they don't have to pay cc processing fee. Everything been ready when they said it was going to be ready. They even clean hats.
