Great place. I've been going there since in my twentys. I am now 58. I've taken my sons there when they were small children to adulthood. I have since moved out to Lake Elsinore and it is still the place to go for me to get my hair highlighted and cut. I get many women asking me where I get my hair done and I proudly tell them about Cindy at Lilly Hair and Nails and their prices that no one can beat. Excellent service, top quality work and great pricing. Cindy was able to fill the big shoes of Vicky after she retired. Once I wasn't happy with the out come and she redid it for me free to my liking. That is tops for me when it comes to customer service. I would be lost...read full review

I have been going there off and on for over thirty years. The staff is very friendly, they always say hello and often know and greet every client by their first name. I have had hair cuts, hair color, manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, and nail gel. I have always been happy with their work. Their prices are extremely reasonable.Services: Pedicures

I used to drive down to Newport for color and pay the $125 bill. Ridiculous when Lilly's does a great job and throws in a wonderful haircut for little more-a total Bill of less than 1/3 of what I was paying. And a great job. The mani/pedis are also terrific! Pam
