Professional staff here extremely knowledgeable, in all aspects of commercial IT. Fast response times and for over 20 years we have been insulated from any outside security issues thanks to them. I have been working regularly with Level 2 Designs since February of 2017, but my employer has been working with them for much longer. I dealt with their team quite closely while designing and building our new website, which far exceeds that of our competition statewide and beyond. I deal with Level 2 on all our virtual media releases, newsletters and social media, which is extremely important to our business. Whenever there's a system hiccup, they are accessible to us and get working on it right away. The owner, Daniel, is very friendly, knowledgeable and available in emergency situations. He is also very up to date on the latest and greatest in the tech world and is constantly coming up with new ideas. Daniel and his team take care of all our tech needs, whether it be computers, televisions or phones, and even helped facilitate a live political debate broadcast for our organization. My main point person for the last couple years has been Julia and she has been wonderful! No matter how often I bug her about various things, even when my issue is user-error, she responds with a positive, can-do attitude. Our access to Level 2 was important before, but now with COVID-19, each of our staff members needs to be able to work from home, if necessary. Level 2 quickly got us up and running before the March 19th stay-at-home order, meaning the people who rely on us experienced zero lag time. During this pandemic that doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon, conducting business from home, going to school from home, socializing with friends from home... being set up properly to Zoom with the most solid WiFi is not only desired, it's required. Level 2 might just be your best connection to the outside world. Thanks for all you've done for me personally and the organization I work for.

We have been using Level 2 Designs for our IT needs for our dental office for 4 years now. The team helped create our modern website and set up the IT needs of our entire dental office.
