Kondaur Capital Corporation

Kondaur assumed my mortgage from Loancare (PO Box 8068, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23450). This action occurred that last of June 2019 and I received notification from them after my payment was already due to Kondaur. My contact with Kondaur was exceptional and their customer service skills remain "Second to None". Loancare indicated that my excess escrow check (in excess of $600) had been mail back in June and that it would be 25 days before it would be received. I couldn't have been more pleased with Kondaur! Extremely professional, organized, responsive, easy to do business with and I truly felt like a valued client! Riana and Dennelle were AWESOME! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. I'm hard to please and a "task master" and they exceeded my expectations. They were "on-point" throughout the entire process.
