Go there for an inexpensive haircut not small talk. Be brief in your description of what you'd like. They don't like being told what to do. They know what they're doing. I love KayMar barbers.

This has always been our go-to Barbershop for my husband and my son. The price is right, the cut is usually really good, and the conversation is nice. But, lately they have been not adhering to their store hours. So we'll go an hour or two before they're supposed to close and they're closed. So I don't know if they're just deciding to close arbitrarily or what but if that's the case then they need to make that known on their site so that people don't go there, travel miles and waste time and find out they've closed an hour and a half early.

This is an old-school original barber shop. They don't care if you're offended or think they are being rude. Go some place else if you have an attitude or want something special. This place has a great value, basic no frills haircut for real men. The guys that work there are hard-working fathers and vets. They don't have time to hold your hand and baby you.
