Wish I could say the same about the rest of their staff, there's a couple of Karens polluting the pool. One example: My surgery was at 9, supposed to be there at 7. Got there at 7, hospital staff told me it was rescheduled and did I get a text or a voicemail. Didn't. He still went through with it because like I said, he's a great guy. Another example is I needed a callback for something. Even though they said that I can text, they denied receiving any texts or calls even though I had proof right in front of me. Their fallback response was "Did you get their name? I don't know who you talked to but it wasn't me". Anyway, I didn't hear back from him for like a week or two, roughly when I was scheduled to see him next.

This seems to be a universal problem: Great doctors, lousy staff. Get a name, save your texts, the times you called, etc.“
