These guys are deceitful. They don't honor any of the rates they say. I took my dress for alteration. I was quoted a labor rate what I thought was reasonable. But when I picked up my dress- it was $15 more than I was quoted. They claim because the dress had multiple layers. They had examined the dress before quoting me the price to alter. They have seen this when I dropped of the dress. Dont trust this business. Stay away from this business!

Horrible customer service. Arrogant. Acts like you are doing them a favor for taking your clothes to them. Price gauges. Walks back to continuing to do what he was doing and ignores that you are even there. Don't take your business here. Awful experience.

Don't go to this place.worst place I'm orange. Will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I can be contacted in regard to this post. 1. They don't provide reciept 2. They don't have your item ready on time 3. They don't respond to your calls 4. Poor customer service 5. They lie about when item will be ready 6. They will avoid responsibility
