I had 3 pairs of pants hemmed all three pairs were dragging on the floor with the same shoes on. I went back and told them. Wearing the same shoes again they altered them again. When I went to pick them up the second time they charged me for all of them again. To get 3 pairs of pants hemmed the total was $100. These people will screw up and blame you for their mistake and charge you double. If you feel like being ripped off go here. Danny’s cleaner's are much better and they’re easier to deal with.

These guys are deceitful. They don't honor any of the rates they say. I took my dress for alteration. I was quoted a labor rate what I thought was reasonable. But when I picked up my dress- it was $15 more than I was quoted. They claim because the dress had multiple layers. They had examined the dress before quoting me the price to alter. They have seen this when I dropped of the dress. Dont trust this business. Stay away from this business!

Horrible customer service. Arrogant. Acts like you are doing them a favor for taking your clothes to them. Price gauges. Walks back to continuing to do what he was doing and ignores that you are even there. Don't take your business here. Awful experience.
