Beware of the GSC team. Do not under any circumstances provide services for this company. They're very demanding and will cut out the sub contractor once the job is finished without paying change orders/invoices for completed work.

Petrica Calin (Peter) from Golden State Construction remodeled my bathroom. First of all he overcharged me and Second of all once he received full payment for the job, he became non-responsive. Peter informed me that the job of remodeling my bathroom was complete so I paid him in full. Once I finally took a bath in the bathroom, I realized that there was a chip in my tube where Peter tried to put grout over to cover it up. Peter did not even let me know that my new tub was chipped. He did an awful job at trying to cover it up. The grout Peter used was clumpy. There was also an area where Peter didn't put grout in, in between the tiles which left an open space and an area where Peter put too much grout and he didn't clean the excess grout up leaving the area looking clumpy. I also noticed that there were cracks in my tile. When I tried to schedule a date for Peter to come back out to fix the job which I paid him for, he became non-responsive. I had to get an attorney involved to get a response from Peter. Once my attorney reached out to Peter regarding the matter, then he reached out to me. Ultimately I did not have confidence in Peter anymore and did not trust his integrity after he became non responsive once he received full payment. I had to file a claim on Peter with the State and Board of California for me to receive part of my money back for the job Peter didn't complete. I was very disappointed at this experience with Petrica Calin (Peter) at Golden State Construction. Btw: Golden State Construction is Petrica Calvin's own business.
