This was a very difficult time for my family when my mother passed away. The staff at Eternity Cremations, Christine and Karen, helped us every step of the way. They were kind, compassionate, and understanding. They followed through on everything they said they were going to do, and in a timely manner. They helped make the process seamless and smooth. I highly recommend their services.

-----IF CREMATION IS PART OF YOUR PLANS, ETERNITY IS THE BEST----- I handled the affairs for my friend, who passed a few years ago. Her cremation was thru Eternity Cremation and I was given her remains for delivery to a Veterans cemetary to join her husband. Time passed (my fault) but now I finally called the cemetary to make arrangements and told NOPE, I need to register her. Called those people and hit another road block. Without all the stressful details, I was worried my friend would end up sprinkled in my garden, which she loved, or she's my passenger when I leave this world. Either way wasn't good. I called WENDY at Eternity Cremation and explained my dilemma. I was hoping there wouldn't be difficulty, since it had been almost 4yrs. But Wendy was amazing. She contacted the cemetary multiple times and VA office that registers spouse burial, so I could get a case # and move forward. Wendy went above and beyond, especially considering how long I waited to bury my friend. Wendy had to go into her archives to get the info needed to move forward. When I worked with her initially, I remember her as being very caring and pleasant. She explained what I needed to do and said to call if I ever needed her. Well I did finally need her years later and she absolutely stepped up 100%. Thats what I called customer service above and beyond. If you or a loved one prefers cremation I would highly recommend contacting Wendy at Eternal Cremation and Burial Service. -----------------------UPDATE worth the read------------------ Wendy is not longer with Eternity so I spoke with RUTH at Eternity Cremation, regarding a new problem I experienced with burial in Los Angeles. I explained my dilemma and she felt it may take a couple days to resolve. We spoke a little longer and she found something so after a quick research my problem was no longer an issue. Even though I was confused \\u0026 frustrated about this new developement, with the cemetary, Ruth was patient and took time to listen to my concern, which reflects compassion for others. It's never easy dealing with the loss of a loved one, but when you factor in handling the arrangements for burial, there's a new level of emotion. I want to thank RUTH for her understanding and professionalism.
