Crystal is amazing. I was very skeptical and thought I could do my taxes for free on my own. Her knowledge and expertise saved us upwards of $7,500 (when I thought we'd owe that much!). We recently had a penalty from the IRS (she warned us it would happen) and she took it upon herself to call them and get it waived. TRUST THE PROFESSIONALS and rest easy.

Crystal is the best !!! She really did awesome job!! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind:) She is the best employee in e tax. She makes me to come to e tax. Every year, I got money back. I won't go anywhere:)
